Apart from the blue colour, other suitable colours for the bedrooms are green and yellow. If you have a painted room with these colours, you will sleep 7 hours 36 minutes and 7 hours 40 minutes, respectively.
One of the most unsuitable colours for a bedroom turned out to be purple (average sleep duration 5 hours and 56 minutes) and grey. According to experts, some colours have a depressing effect on people.
